What is CBD?
CBD is short for cannabidiol and is a chemical compound from the cannabis Sativa plant. It’s a naturally occurring substance that’s used in products like oils and edibles to give the user a feeling of relaxation and calm. Unlike THC it’s not psychoactive and has no side effects.
Difference between Marijuana and Hemp?
Even though they are derived from the same plant they are used for different purposes. Marijuana has very little concentration of CBD and a large THC concentration. While Hemp naturally has a larger concentration of CBD compared to THC. Hemp is ideal for people looking for benefits from cannabis without psychoactive effects. Hemp is mostly used for making herbal supplements, food, fiber, rope, paper, bricks, oil, and natural plastics. On the other hand, marijuana is usually used just recreationally and medicinally.
What is the endocannabinoid system (ECS)?
It is the system of receptors in the brain, organs, connective tissue, glands, and immune cells. This system performs different tasks but its main function in the body is homeostasis, which is the maintenance of the stable internal environment of the body. When there is injury this system helps decrease pain and damage to the body which CBD helps to increase this system’s efficiency.
How much CBD should I take, and how often should I take it?
When first starting out CBD you should typically start out with a small dosage to see the effects it has on your body. The good thing about testing CBD dosage is that it’s risk-free. Many patients take between 10 to 20 mg for pain with 1-2 dosages a day or up to three if the pain is extremely severe. When CBD oil is used for treating depression, anxiety, or other psychological disorders smaller doses are recommended. It all depends on the user and what dosages are recommended with each product.

If CBD Is Non-Psychoactive, Does That Mean It’s Legal?
Since CBD is derived from a cannabis plant so in some states it may be considered illegal but in most states, it is accepted as a real product a consumer can buy. It all depends on the state laws revolving CBD.
Is this product vegan or organic friendly?
Hemp cultivation does not require any pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, and fertilizers.CBD products are safe, non-toxic and are derived from a plant.
Side effects and are there any negative effects?
CBD does not have any adverse side effects and is considered very safe.
What is the difference in isolate CBD oil and whole plant/full-spectrum CBD oil?
Isolated CBD just means the products contain nothing except pure CBD or in other words, there are no other cannabinoids, terpenes, or flavonoids found in it. While full spectrum CBD products contain a full range of cannabinoids. When the cannabinoids are extracted from hemp, the entire extract is made into the product, giving you a healthy dose of all the cannabinoids that were in the plant.
